Systemic thinking in organizations

Our theoretical framework is systemic psychodynamic. How does this affect our clients?

It means that we see organizations as living and open systems. These systems are influenced by visible and invisible processes. Our mission is, first and foremost, to create opportunities and conditions for the people in the organization to discover these processes - to be able to influence them. To develop. To change.

Psychodynamic?

The people who make up the teams in the organization should enjoy work-satisfaction and be able to fully express their creativity and innovative abilities.

The people who make up the teams in the organization should enjoy work-satisfaction and be able to fully express their creativity and innovative abilities. We believe that there are inner and outer structures - everywhere, always. Every time a person speaks she is also thinking, feeling and observing things not expressed in her words. Things that exist in her inner world and influences what she says.

We strive for our work to be transformative, which means we believe in in-depth reformative processes - structured to help organizations to grow, be more efficient, and create higher work-satisfaction. Leadership is key. The result is concrete change, and the know-how will still be there after we are gone. Leadership is hard. And fun. And it is always connected to the co-workers and staff.

Transformaction?

What does that mean? It means that organizations are always in a state of change. We want - you want - for them to grow and develop. To become more efficient. To increase both productivity and quality. For employees to be satisfied, creative and innovative.  Getting there takes more than just thought and reflection, although these are important things. It takes action.

Our work has a solid theoretical foundation. What that means? For the client it's a quality assurance - you will know our basis for understanding - the lens through which we view things.

Curious?

That's a good thing. Curiosity is the first step to transformaction - both on the individual and organizational level.
