We are experiencing an increased demand for our services and aim to grow the company accordingly. We are currently looking for one or two additional psychology consultants interested in joining a dynamic, value-directed and client focused consulting company.

We are looking for ambitious applicants who possess a combination of intellectual and commercial qualities. By that we mean extensive knowledge in at least one (and preferably several) domains in the field of organizational psychology - coupled with passion and an ability to relate to executives who share our desire for developing efficient, creative, successful and human organizations.

Systemic thinking is a must, as well as an openness to the idea that organizations are influenced by both conscious and unconscious processes. To be a good candidate you should also have a strong interest in personal development. We see you as having a few years of consultancy and/or managerial experience. Proficiency in Swedish is required and other language skills are meritorious as we  work internationally.
