Psychologic analysis based on testing alone is insufficient, but coupled with a careful analysis of a persons previous performance an accomplishments, and in-depth understanding of  personal motivators and skills it will give valuable insights for recruiting, development, career planning and acquisitions.

Our method, In-depth Career Appreciation (ICA), is based in an understanding of the different demands that come with different positions, and an analysis of individual mental abilities, personality, values, and driving forces.

  • Strategic ability: What level of complexity can the person handle? How well does she deal with insecurity, contradictions, inconsistency, and conflicting interests? Is she better at direct or indirect management? What's the potential for development?
  • Motivation and character: Why does the person work? How well can she manage herself, deal with failures and mistakes, and learn from experience? Is there a tendency for egotism or derailing?
  • Personality: What work-style does the person have? How does she relate to other people?
